Cookie Policy

1. Introduction

At Fixture Deck we use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect our forms, and — where you’ve asked us to — measure how our marketing pages perform. This page explains what we set and how to change your preferences.

In plain English: we only set the cookies we need to run the app, plus a small number of analytics cookies on our marketing site. You can turn the non-essential ones off at any time.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site recognise you on your next visit, remember settings, and collect anonymised information about how the site is used. Most modern browsers allow cookies by default, and you can block or delete them at any time.

3. How we use cookies

  • Keep you signed into your account.
  • Protect our forms against cross-site request forgery.
  • Measure how our marketing pages are performing, so we can improve them (only with your consent).

4. Types of cookies we set

  1. Essential cookies. Required for the platform to work — sign-in, CSRF protection, session state. These cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
  2. Analytics cookies. Google Analytics (GA4), which gives us anonymous statistics about how our marketing pages are used. These are set only after you accept them on our cookie banner.
  3. Advertising cookies. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

5. Managing your cookies

You choose whether to allow analytics cookies using the banner shown on your first visit — click “Accept analytics” to allow them or “Reject” to decline. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings; every major browser lets you block or delete them. Note that blocking essential cookies will break sign-in.

6. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how we use cookies, the law, or the platform. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
