The deal

Built for the way clubs actually take bookings.

A spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group, and someone's nephew chasing payments. We've all been there. Here's what changes.

Without Fixture Deck
  • Bookings double-booked because the calendar lives on three phones.
  • £40 a month to incumbents, plus 1.5% per booking.
  • Recurring blocks are a manual mess; payment plans don't exist.
  • Cash phone-in bookings live on a Post-it.
  • You pay the booking platform more than you charge per pitch hour.
With Fixture Deck
  • One calendar, one source of truth, on every device.
  • £69 flat per month. No per-booking fee. Ever.
  • 8-week recurring blocks with split payment plans, baked in.
  • Phone-in bookings logged in 30 seconds, cash or card on arrival.
  • Stripe payouts straight to your club account, every Friday.
What's in the box

Eight tools your club needs. Zero you don't.

F · 01
Branded subdomain
Your club at yourclub.fixturedeck.com. Logo, badge, colours, your terms. We handle the SSL.
F · 02
Live pitch calendar
Drag to create. Click a slot to open the booking sheet. Day, week and month views, with parent/child blocking shaded across the grid.
F · 03
Card & bank payments
Stripe Connect for cards, manual bank-transfer flow for clubs that hate fees. Payouts land in your account directly — we don't touch the money.
F · 06
Phone & cash bookings
Phone-in shortcut on the + New panel — caller, pitch, time, mark as cash. The Post-it era is over.
F · 07
Standing discounts that warn you
Cowley FC always gets 15% off because they're a regular. Set the discount once on their record — when you pick them on the booking sheet, a yellow ⚠ flags it. No accidental £400 freebies.
F · 08
Approvals queue
Set bookings to need your nod before they go live. Bank-transfer claims sit in the queue until you confirm the money arrived. Reject with one click; everyone gets the right answer.
F · 09
Customer book
Every booking ties to a contact. Lifetime spend, balance owed, recurring block status — and a one-click re-book of any past slot.
The thing nobody else does right

Splittable spaces, sanely modelled.

You hire out the full pitch on Saturday. Two five-a-side teams want different halves on Tuesday night. The incumbents make you list one resource or two — then leave you fielding double-booking complaints. We model it as one parent that splits.

  • Set up the parent + sub-resources once.
  • Book the whole, both halves block automatically.
  • Book a half, the whole blocks — sibling halves stay free.
  • Calendar shades the conflict with the booker's name.

From the touchline

What clubs are saying.

“We were paying £94 a month in booking fees alone. With Fixture Deck it's £69, full stop. The recurring-block payment plans saved our junior section's accountant.”

FAQ

Sensible questions, sensible answers.

How long does setup take?

About 14 minutes. Add your pitches, set your peak rate, upload your badge, point your subdomain. We'll do the Stripe handshake on the call if you'd rather.

Do you charge per booking?

No. The plan price is the price. Stripe takes their standard transaction fee (1.5% + 20p for UK cards) — that goes to Stripe, not us.

Can we move our existing recurring blocks across?

Yes. Send us your block list — we import them, generate the payment plans, and the existing customers get a "set up your account" email. Most imports take a few hours.

What happens to cash bookings we take in person?

Use the Phone-in flow. Caller, pitch & time, payment method (cash / bank / pay on arrival). It's logged in your reports the same as any card booking.

Is it really only for football?

No. The "resource" model handles courts, studios, meeting rooms, anything bookable by time. Football's where we started; clubs in cricket, padel and community centres run on the same product.

What's the contract?

Monthly rolling. Cancel anytime, your data exports as CSV in one click.
